Small-batch products

Our small-batch facility is perfect for local restaurants and specialty products that require smaller kettles and hand-made production.

All products are poured and labeled by hand and treated with top care. Our food partnerships ensure the best ingredients at the best prices to make your recipe exactly the way you want it, and to easily scale up production when you’re ready.

We know how important is it to have the right team and the right facility to craft your product—we started right here 10 years ago with our own Guglielmo Sauce.

Mid-size production

Already have an amazing product, but looking for a new production partner? At Craft Cannery, we’ll take your product, create a product specification together, work to source your ingredients, and come up with the best price possible.

We pride ourselves in our ability to produce for small/specialty food innovators all the way up to well established brands with a need for volume production.

With the ability to produce 280 gallons of product at a time across our line of kettles, we can accommodate volume based production demands while still maintaining high quality of production.
